How it works
- OvernightQuarrly checks each city's public permit records and keeps only new residential permits.
- SortingEach permit is matched to the trades it creates work for and to the towns you cover, so a gutter company only gets reroofs.
- By 6amYou get one email with that day's homes. Each one has the address, the permit type and a map link, plus the builder and job value when the city lists them.

Limited spots in each town
If every fence company in McKinney got the same list, the list would be worth nothing. So each town takes only a few companies in each trade, based on how much building the town has. When a town fills up, new companies go on a waitlist.
Who's behind this
I'm Elijah. I study at the University of North Texas and I build automation for small businesses. Permit records are public, but they're scattered across a dozen city websites with different formats, and nobody has time to check them every morning. Quarrly checks them for you and sends the ones that fit your trade.
