Job values are what the permit lists. We never estimate them.
How it works
The same three steps run every night for every town we cover. Tap a step to see what happens in it.
Every night, we check each city
We pull new building permits from the public records of 20 DFW cities and keep the residential ones where new work is starting.
Each permit goes to the trades it creates work for
A gutter company gets reroofs, not pool permits. A fence company gets new pools and new homes. You only see jobs that fit what you sell.
One email, before your day starts
Each lead has the address, the permit type and the issue date, plus a map link. When the city lists them, you also get the job value and the builder.
Why good jobs get missed
The work is public. It's just hard to find in time.
Every city posts permits in its own place
Some use search portals, some post monthly reports. Nobody has time to check them all each morning, so we do.
Lead lists get sold to everyone
A list every company in town gets is worth very little. Each town takes only a few companies per trade, based on how much building it has.
The first company to knock usually wins
A homeowner who just pulled a pool permit is choosing a fence company now, not in a month.

Questions
Straight answers about the leads, the trial and town spots.
Where do the leads come from?
From building permits that each city publishes. We check 20 DFW cities every night and keep the homes where new work is starting.
What comes in each email?
Each lead has the address, the permit type and the date it was issued, plus a map link. When the city lists them, you also get the job value and the builder.
Do you sell the same leads to everyone?
No. Each town takes only a few companies per trade, based on how much building it has. When a town fills up, new companies join a waitlist and get the next open spot, in signup order.
Which trades do you cover?
Trades whose work follows a permit: fence, gutters, landscaping, patio covers, pool service, solar, insulation, outdoor lighting, blinds, security and pest control. Suppliers can take every trade on the Supplier plan.
How does the free trial work?
Fill out the form, pick your plan, and your leads start. Starter and Pro are free for 14 days, Supplier for 7. Every Starter and Pro trial includes up to 5 towns; when it ends, keep 5 towns on Pro or pick 3 on Starter. No card is needed to start, and you can cancel anytime. A trial doesn't hold a town spot, so if your town fills during your trial, we'll let you know right away.
Do you include homeowner names or phone numbers?
No. We send what the permit shows about the job: the address, the work, the value and the builder.
My town isn't listed. Can I still sign up?
